For people who do not learn kanji yet.

Hiro
If you don't study kanji yet or you are studying kanji now, and when you want to read a japanese web-page but it's hard to read because having a lot of kanji, you can try the ひらがなめがね service on the internet.
The service insert hiragana above kanji (called furigana) in the page and show it.

1. open http://www.hiragana.jp/ with your browser.
2. input the url of the site you want to read to the input-box in the center of the page.
3. push "GO" button.

Hiroさん: 現在、漢字を勉強中の人が日本語サイトを読みたい時、漢字が難しくて読めないことでありますよね。そこで『ひらがな めがね』のお試しをお勧めします。『ひらがな めがね』を使えば、読みたい日本語サイトの漢字の上に「振り仮名」が添えられます。

使用手順
1. http://www.hiragana.jp/ にアクセス。

2. サイト上の「インプットボックス」と表記されている箇所に、読みたい日本語サイトのURL(読みたいサイトのアドレス)を入力。

3. 「GOボタン」をクリック。

自分が試してみたかぎり、付けられたフリナガに違和感を感じませんでした。
(機械的に変換しているのでおそらく100%正確ではないと思いますが。)

対象ページ内のリンクをクリックした際に
新たに表示されるページにもフリナガが付いているのは素晴らしいですね。

Hiroさん: As far as I know, it works well without showing anything strange reading aid in Japanese (振り仮名 = ふりがな). Since it is automated and with no human participation, you cannot always trust 100%.

It is not only on the first page you want to read, but also on the following pages that you get reading aid service in 'furigana'. That is something quite helpful, I think.
